Yes. IlmLabs is based in London, but I work with small businesses across the UK. Most of the work happens remotely — calls over Google Meet or Zoom, files and updates shared online — and I'm happy to meet in person if you're in or near London.

A Website Refresh is for businesses that already have a website but it looks dated, loads slowly, or doesn't work properly on a phone — I redesign the homepage, tidy the structure, and modernise the whole thing without starting from scratch. A Business Website is a full new build from the ground up — typically four to six pages — for newer businesses or anyone replacing an old site wholesale.

Website copy is normally provided by the client — you know your business best. If you'd like help writing or restructuring your content, that can be included as a paid extra. Tell me what you need on the quote form and I'll factor it in.

Yes. Plenty of clients start with a Website Refresh or a Business Website and add Monthly Care once the site is live — and you can scale up to a Premium build later if it makes sense. The starting points are designed to fit different stages, not lock you in.

I'll guide you through domains, hosting and business email setup. For most projects, the setup itself can be included for a small one-off fee. If you already have everything in place, even better — we just plug into what's there.
